TERMS AND CONDITIONS
VIVENCIAS PERU S.A.C.., also known as the Company in this document, wants you to enjoy your vacations in Peru to the fullest, so we recommend that you carefully read and obey the instructions of your sales agent.
Please read the following conditions carefully, when booking a trip with VIVENCIAS PERU S.A.C., you agree that you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which describe, among other things, our cancellation policy and certain limitations of liability at the time of make your reservation.
The appointment given by us will be valid once the reservation is confirmed, from which you can ask all questions regarding your vacation, VIVENCIAS PERU S.A.C.. will be happy to answer all the questions for you. The Budgets do not apply to international flights to and from Peru. If you want us to help you on international flights or within Peru, the flight must be paid for immediately and purchased on the same day or, if possible the next day to ensure the validity of the offer, since prices vary from one day to the next.
Our prices do not include, meals not specified in your itinerary, personal expenses, personal insurance, and luggage carry.
The contract is between VIVENCIAS PERU S.A.C.. (also known as the company) and the customer, who is the person traveling or attempting to travel on a company-operated tour. You, the client, are subject to having read and understood our travel policy as indicated below. By making a reservation by phone, or through the website, or by email or fax, you accept and are bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client in relation to the subject here, and will constitute a binding agreement. There is no verbal or written representation, warranty, warranty agreement, prior agreement, description of services, or conditions or any promise of reimbursement that is not expressed herein. The service to be provided is / are the tour (s) mentioned in the booking confirmation.
These conditions only apply to the services in our program and not to international and domestic flights. These are subject to the conditions imposed by the airlines.
To guarantee the reservation, VIVENCIAS PERU S.A.C.. requires a completed booking form (either the one on our website or the one sent by us with your quote), along with the payment of the required deposit. The prudent time to make your reservation is 30 days before your trip to Peru, a reservation is accepted and becomes final only from the date on which your deposit is made and at that time there is a contract. VIVENCIAS PERU S.A.C.. reserves the right to reject any reservation at its discretion.
To confirm and guarantee Clients the organization of the trip, the client must provide all their identity data with the initial payment or no later than 30 days before the start of the trip. Customer details include passport number, copy of passport data and medical form (if applicable), full name, date of birth, international flight information and nationality, case or mobile phone number for any emergency.
In order for the company to confirm and guarantee Clients their organization of their trip, the client must provide all client data with their final payment at the beginning of the Tour.
Surcharges: To avoid surcharges on your vacation, make your reservation in advance, do not change hotels at the last minute.
An administration fee of US $ 50 per person will be charged if the confirmed reservation is changed or transferred to a different departure date or tour, up to 30 days prior to your trip. Thereafter all changes will be treated as cancellations and subject to charges as follows.
If a client is not in a position to travel, and mentions us about 20 days in advance, in circumstances that VIVENCIAS PERU S.A.C.. consider reasonable, then the reservation may be transferred to another suitable person, or your money will be returned minus 20% since 10% goes to money transfer payments and the other 10% are administrative expenses, your money will be returned in a period of less than 15 days.
The company reserves the right to modify any of the facilities, services or prices described in the brochure or website. If this change is made, the client will be informed at the time of booking or when the change occurs. Although the company will endeavor to operate all tours since the announced, reasonable changes in the itinerary can be made when deemed necessary or convenient by the Company due to external factors that are not the responsibility of the company.
Confirmed reservations will have a cancellation policy in the following terms:
- Cancellations or changes in paid reservations have a penalty of 50% of the total value of the package and will be made within a maximum period of 60 calendar days after the request is received.
- Cancellations or changes between 8 and 1 days before the departure date have a penalty of 100% of the total value of the package.
- The air tickets of commercial airlines or charter flights included in the reservation are not refundable, in case of cancellation the flights will remain in the name of the reservation takers who will be able to use the tickets in a period of 1 year, paying the penalties and rate changes that may arise at the time of use.
If the client has a complaint about any of the tour arrangements, it is a condition of the contract that they tell our local representative at that time. If you do not complain at that time, if you later deny us the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem and thus make VIVENCIAS PERU S.A.C.. cannot accept any kind of responsibility. If the client has a dispute with VIVENCIAS PERU S.A.C. and cannot resolve it, please write to us within 28 days of your return and we will continue to investigate.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all clients who book we recommend that you should cover personal injuries, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, evacuation expenses, cancellation and reduction. It is our policy to check the validity and coverage of your insurance policy and we reserve the right to deny transportation to anyone whose insurance does not meet these criteria. If you decide not to purchase travel insurance, you will be required to sign a waiver form acknowledging your acceptance that the insurance is recommended but refused and if necessary for the change or cancellation of your trip or if you incurred expenses such as medical expenses, the customer will be responsible for all such additional costs.
For insurance purposes, all clients are required to complete our VIVENCIAS PERU S.A.C. form, which must be signed and dated by a practicing physician (if there are pre-existing conditions) and sent to us no later than 15 days before the start. of your trip.
VIVENCIAS PERU S.A.C.. is a travel agency accredited by the Ministry of Tourism and registered as a public limited company of the Ministries of the Peruvian Tourism Office. VIVENCIAS PERU. complies with current European standards for the protection of customer money.
The client agrees to accept the authority and decisions of VIVENCIAS PERU S.A.C.. employees, tour leaders and agents while on vacation. If in the opinion of these persons, the health or conduct of a client at any time, before or after departure appears to jeopardize the progress of the safety, comfort or tranquility of the tour, the client may be excluded from the entirety or part of the tour.
Clients must be in possession of their respective identity documents, and are responsible for carrying a valid passport, visa, where appropriate, and the vaccination certificates required for their entire trip. Your passport must be valid for 6 months after your return date.
Reservations are accepted with the understanding that they appreciate the possible risks inherent in adventure travel and that the visits, excursions or expeditions, which appear in our programs, are carried out at their own will. It is also important to understand that the most meticulous arrangements can go wrong.
The company obliges to provide its services with the necessary diligence, so that the entire trip goes perfectly, we will strive to serve you as well as possible.
The Company does not assume any responsibility for force majeure, climatic phenomena or natural phenomena that may occur before or during the trip, or for any eventuality that may make any trip uncomfortable or difficult, or for any delay or obstruction of your trip in any way and does not guarantee the failure of the company, either for the total or partial execution of the provision of the services that the Company has promised to provide, which may have been affected by the aforementioned factors.
For all reservations made within 10 days of departure, there will be a fee of USD $ 50.00 charged to the file. This Last Minute fee covers our additional costs for Hotel, Train Ticket, Bus Ticket providers and operating expenses.
I hereby declare that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions indicated above, in addition to the conditions of sale as indicated by the company on the website / brochure or form provided and that I am fully aware that my signature confirms this statement.
